An office bearer should not participate in politics or obtain membership of any political party or organization or be a candidate in an election for a political office or make a statement or solicit votes on behalf of any candidate, political party or organization in such an election. However, without revealing the fact that one has voted or intends to vote, it shall not be considered as an obstacle to exercise one's right to vote in accordance with the prevailing law.
